Rachel holds a degree in Community & Non-profit Leadership from UW-Madison and has worked to build capacity for non-profits through fundraising, administration, program coordination, and grant writing. Her goal is to secure grants that sustainably support RCC's unfunded expenses, center survivors, and meet community needs.
