OUR MISSION

The Residential Care Consortium (RCC) was formed as a national partnership of residential care providers with the express purpose of promoting a full continuum of care for youth in need.  In order to fulfill this mission, the Residential Care Consortium is dedicated to:

1. Promoting residential care as a vital component of the youth care continuum.
   
   
2. Securing Federal Grants through set aside funding and competitive grant programs
   
   
3. Securing funding from foundations and corporations with a national focus
   
   
4. Identifying resources that can benefit the collective efforts of its members
