OUR FUTURE

RCC will be known as THE Gold Standard in residential care for youth. RCC will focus its resources on things such as training and recruitment of staff and certification within the youth care field, youth leadership, education for youth with special needs, and at risk youth, support for families and children in the home, parenting skills and family preservation and juvenile delinquency prevention through after school programming.
